Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for the security of your account
Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
You are responsible for all activity under your account

Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, and code are owned by the platform operator. You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, trade records). By using the platform, you grant a limited license to process your content to provide the service.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant the accuracy of market data, AI-generated content, or analytical outputs. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderBIP shall not be liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@traderbip.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
