TraderBIP is a founder-operated behavioral intelligence platform designed to help traders review decisions, track behavioral patterns, and improve trading discipline. At this stage, TraderBIP is operated directly by its founder and is currently offered as a beta service.
We currently focus on serving users located in Canada and the United States.

Information We Collect
- Account information: Email address and name
- Trading journal entries: Daily reviews, trade records, morning and evening journal entries
- Behavioral profile data: Trading patterns and discipline observations derived from your activity
- Trade records: Entries including ticker, price, gate states, and notes you provide
- Uploaded files: Charts and screenshots you upload for analysis
- Login and usage data: Login timestamps and features accessed
- OAuth sign-in data: If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email and name from those providers

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data to train general AI models.

AI Processing
TraderBIP uses AI technologies (Anthropic Claude) to generate educational insights, coaching responses, and market analysis. You should be aware that:
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
- AI responses should not be relied upon as financial advice
- Your questions and trading context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses

Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by the following service providers required to operate the platform:
- Anthropic: AI coaching and analysis generation
- Unusual Whales: Live market data (no personal data shared)
- DigitalOcean: Cloud hosting (San Francisco, USA)
- Google / GitHub: OAuth sign-in only (if used)

Data Retention and Deletion
- Account and journal data is retained while your account is active
- Gate history is automatically deleted after 15 days
- You may request deletion of your account and all data at any time by emailing privacy@traderbip.com
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days

- Request correction of inaccurate data

Data Security
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Passwords hashed using bcrypt — never stored in plain text
- Two-factor authentication for administrative access
- Database access restricted to application servers

Children's Privacy
TraderBIP is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Contact privacy@traderbip.com if you believe a minor has created an account.
